King of Mushrooms on 3500 Meters above Sea Level – Matsutake

Together with my Tibetan friend, we walked 3 hours into the mountain and searched for almost 4 hours, only to find 6 matsutake. It really is time consuming. Then I cooked some dishes: matsutake sashimi, grilled matsutake, stewed silkie with matsutake and ham and mushroom sauce. We eat them with rice, noodles and bait blocks. What a nice meal!
